1. How to Order Please fill out the

After we recieved your order form we will process a "PAYPAL Email Payment" invoice, or normal email invoice in case you prefer to use bank money transfer service. The email invoice will include the details of merchandise, shipping method, estimated time of shipping, cost of the merchandise, shipping cost, and insurance cost. After you read and accept the payment details you can proceed to :
- PAYPAL Email Payment, allows you to pay directly with your credit card. OR
- Standard email invoice, will provide you with the details of our bank account and procedure for you to wire the payment to our account in easy steps. In the case of standard payment, you will get information as below:

2. Packaging and Shipping -The smaller merchandise will be packed and sent from Bangkok by courier (DHL) to destinations anywhere in the world which also allow you to track the shipment online. Works on canvas or paper will normally be removed from the frame, rolled carefully and covered with paper and bubble plastic before they are placed inside a hard-cover tube.
-The larger or heavy merchandise such as bronze item or teak furniture can be sent by international shipment operator. Bronze items will be wrapped in paper and bubble-plastic and put in a hard-cover box. Teak furniture will be fumigated with certification provided, wrapped with paper and a thick layer of bubble-plastic before they are covered with cardboard.
3. Insurance
All merchandise will be insured. Insurance costs for transportation by DHL is 2 % of value of art works. In case of damage or loss, the amount paid to Tongdee Collections will be reimbursed to the customer.
4. Costs The shipping cost depends on the weight and volume of the merchandise and the country destination. Below are the cost for shipping canvas paintings sent in an average size tube:

Refund Policy
We pack our shipments with the utmost care and ship them through DHL. However, in the unlikely event that an artwork arrives damaged, we take full responsibility and refund the payment promptly or find another solution jointly with the buyer, such as a replacement painting.
In the case the that you are not sure whether you will like the real artwork, we accept returned merchandise for replacement, the merchandise must be in good condition and the customer must pay for all shipping and other expenses (e.g. customs).
